I received my Bachelor Degree in Chemistry in 2009 and my Master Degree in 2010, both from the University of La Rioja (Spain), with Master’s Thesis Award (2011). That year, I obtained a fellowship from the Gobierno de La Rioja to start my PhD. In July 2015, I joined the Ley Group as a visitor PhD student. My studies were in continuous flow chemistry focus in the oxidation of alcohol using Nitrous Oxide and the synthesis under solvent free (neat) flow conditions.
After that, I came back to Spain to complete my thesis on synthesis of compounds with biologic interest using metathesis and hydrothiolation reactions, in February 2016, under the supervision of Prof. Alberto Avenoza and Dr. Jesús Héctor Busto. In November 2015 I joined to New Path Molecular Ltd to develop a project for Syngenta.
