Timothé Maujean

I studied during two years in a preparatory class for the national entrance exam to the French Grande Ecoles with a physics and chemistry speciality. I then joined the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris Saclay where I got my Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry in 2015 and my first year of Master in Chemistry in 2016 magna cum laude.

During this two years, I worked for 2 months with Pr Jean-François POISSON in Grenoble (France) and for 4 months with Pr Patrick Eklund in Turku (Finland) in different organic chemistry methodology internships.

I will join the group on the 3rd of October 2016 and leave it on the 30th of June 2017. My project will be directly linked to the work of Daniel Fitzpatrick who focuses on bridging chemical engineering and total synthesis of bioactive compounds. This year of research will be fully fund by the Ecole Normale Superieur Paris-Saclay.
